On October 11th, 2013 the governing document for all of  Ambeta, or the Ambeta Legal Code draft was finished, the draft is available for view here. Paul Kang and Dylan Swanson have been working on developing and completing the Ambeta Legal Code since October 2nd. The Ambeta Legal Code features laws, crimes and punishments and many other things that relate to how the government of Ambeta is to be run. 

Ambeta Government would like to announce that the planet claim of Keplar 22b along with the land claim of Harmil and also the Oil Rigs in the Gulf of Mexico have been abolished for our territory claim list. The main reasons being, Keplar 22b is almost impossible to ever moderate or even control, Harmil is in an unsafe territory, and the oil rigs are too hard to exactly pinpoint. To make up for the old removals of territory claims, two new ocean island territory claims have been made, the island of Navassa, and the island of Midway Atoll. Ambeta would like to inhabit or establish a settlement on Navassa, and also Midway Atoll before 2025.

Ambeta has been planning for awhile to build and establish its sovereignty on one of its land claims. The first city and the nations capital will be built on either Harmil, or another island will be named  Xyro. Government and Governmental Organizations will all be run from Xyro, as it is the nations capital. This city like many other elements of Ambeta is still in its planing stage an most likely wont be completed until around 2025. A 3d city layout and building plan should be made by or before December 2014. 

Right now Ambeta is working on creating a formal immigration process, which will include among other tests an IQ test. There are so many things that still have left to be done so please wait for us to get back to you on the Citizenship Requests, this might take awhile. When the immigration process is done being made, forms will be sent out to all of the people that have sent in citizenship requests.
